The Freshman Leadership Forum (FLF) program is a comprehensive leadership and personal development program designed to integrate and introduce freshmen to Associated Student Government and the shared governance process at the University of Arkansas. FLF members commit to serve September- April, thus allowing them to run or seek an appointment in ASG for the upcoming year.
