Event Description Whenever you're not getting the results you're looking for, it's likely that a crucial conversation is keeping you stuck. Whether it's a problem with poor quality, declining customer satisfaction, or a strained relationship, if you can't talk honestly with nearly anybody about almost anything, you can expect poor results. A crucial conversation is a discussion between two or more people where stakes are high,opinions vary, and emotions run strong. These conversations–when handled poorly or ignored–cause teams and organizations to get less-than-desirable results. This is workshop is an overview of the Crucial Conversations principles. It will introduce some tools, that when used, increase the likelihood of a successful outcome in holding a crucial conversation. Not only are these tools valuable to work teams and organizations, they are also valuable to couples. |
