Event Description
Finally, on Friday of Smart&Sexy Week, we will finish up with a booth day in the Connections Lounge during the day where organizations related to sexual health will hand out their materials.
Then, at night, the final event will be The Climax. This finale will take place off-campus at Nightbird Books on Dickson at 8pm. (Note: The Green bus route goes by Nightbird Books.)
The Climax will be a fun ending to the week, including performances by erotic poets (Doug Shields, Leah Gould, Mendy Knot, and Poetic Thoughts), and Blossum's Burlesque, a local burlesque troupe that will also give their personal perspective on being sex positive and what being a burlesque dancer means to them! An open-mic session will be held at the end for any and all sex-related music, poetry, or performances, so bring your guitar, your poems, your stories, artwork, whatever, and share some sexiness of your own!
Also, everyone will get a free door-prize ticket as you enter that could win you a really sexy gift at the event. There will be free condoms and other goodies for all.
