Fulbright College alumni who work as corporate America professionals will speak about their experiences navigating the corporate world. Professionals will describe how the skills they developed while obtaining their Fulbright College degrees, are used in a corporate setting. Students will have an opportunity to ask the panelists questions about their careers and experiences.

Adam Glasier

Adam Glasier

Senior Manager of Operations Finance

Adam Glasier has been a Senior Manager of Operations Finance for Walmart U.S. since July 2014. He graduated with an MBA from Harvard Business School in June 2014. Prior to business school, Adam worked for two years as an Investment Banking Analyst at Stephens Inc. in Little Rock, Arkansas. In 2010, he graduated Summa Cum Laude from the J. William Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Arkansas with majors in Economics, Political Science and Spanish. Adam lives in Rogers, Arkansas with his wife, Ali, and his yellow lab-mix, Marley Grace.

Suze François

Suze François

Senior Manager for the Walmart Foundation

Suze François is a Senior Manager for the Walmart Foundation where her portfolio consists of workforce development and women's economic empowerment initiatives, both in the United States and abroad. She is also the co-founder and President of the Potter's Hand Children's Center, a non-profit organization with the mission of creating the next generation of leaders in Haiti. She previously worked in Walmart's Responsible Sourcing Department as a Corporate Social Responsibility Manager.

Before joining Walmart, Suze was a fellow at the Organization of American States (O.A.S.) in Washington D.C. During her tenure there, she focused on women's peace and security and human trafficking issues in Haiti. She also worked with the US-Department of Justice/I.C.I.T.A.P. mission in Haiti as part of its "Up-Hold Democracy" mission.

Suze holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations with a focus on Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies, and a Master's in Public Administration from the J. William Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. She is a native of Haiti and is fluent in French, Haitian Creole, English, and has extensive knowledge of Spanish and Arabic.

Matt Tolson

Sr. Management Recruiter

Matt graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2004 with a BA in English. After graduating, he held roles in Higher Education and various recruiting and student services roles with Lyon College and John Brown University. Matt joined Walmart in 2011 working on the Realty recruiting team. He has since held recruiting roles in multiple areas of Walmart and Sam's Club. He now serves in the capacity of Sr. Management Recruiter and is the primary support for the largest hiring initiative within the Real Estate division. He enjoys many outdoor activities, Razorback sports, motorcycle riding, coffee and is a self-diagnosed news/politics junkie.
