Event Description:
There will be an information meeting on Thursday, October 12th at 5 PM (in Old Main 319) for our faculty-led study tour to East Africa next summer. Learn Biology, Anthropology, and Geology in the Great African Rift Valley.

See fossils eroding from deposits at Olduvai Gorge, the cradle of humanity. Safari across the Serengeti during the great wildebeest migration. Trek for chimpanzees in Jane Goodall’s Gombe National Park. Snorkel the coral reef that fringes Zanzibar Island. Visit with Hazda hunter-gatherers and Datoga pastoralists to learn about their cultures.

A STEM focused study tour for 6 credit hours of BIOL and ANTH. May 14 – June 7, 2018. Signup first come, first served.
