Event Description:
Galen Abdur-Razzaq is an extraordinary flautist with an extensive performance career. He is also a riveting speaker on the topic of jazz and has performed at colleges and universities for over 30 years.  

To celebrate Black History Month, Galen will present a lecture on Jazz and the Civil Rights Movement at 2 p.m., followed by a performance, on Monday, Feb. 12 in Mullins Library. This event is free and open to the public.
