DESCRIPTION: Scam artists connive and swindle consumers to make a quick profit. Scammers are clever, aggressive and convincing as they prey on senior citizens. Dianne Bufford with the Attorney General’s NWA District Office will review red flags for recent common scams, how to minimize scams and identity theft risk, and file a consumer complaint and other resources.
