Event Description:

Alongside the challenge of adjusting to American cultural and academic norms, international students can experience homesickness, loneliness, anxiety, depression, or other stressors.

This group fosters awareness of the complexities that cultural difference brings to living abroad and building new relationships.

“Destressing dialogues” promotes resilience and wellbeing among the university’s diverse international community.

The group, sponsored by Pat Walker Health Center’s Counseling & Psychological Services, meets weekly on Mondays at 5:30 p.m. in Holcombe Hall, room 104.

For questions or more information, call CAPS at 479-575-5276.
