Event Description:
Landscape Architecture is hosting a lecture in lieu of Earth Day and its activities. Dr. Kyle Brown, former head of the Lyle Center for Regenerative Studies at Cal Poly Pomona will be the guest speaker. He is actively engaged in research focused on participatory action to support regenerative communities. He serves on the Planning Commission in the City of Pomona, and is active in a local environmental action group, Clean & Green Pomona. He currently teaches a graduate Landscape Construction Laboratory in the MLA program and Methods and Applications in Regenerative Studies in the MSRS program in California.
