The Freshman Leadership Forum (FLF) is a leadership, service, and personal development program on our campus. FLF is designed to integrate and introduce freshmen to the Associated Student Government (ASG) and various other leadership opportunities on campus. FLF members participate in bi-weekly meetings, student-leader mentorship programs, and government simulations while learning about leadership and service to gain the tools and skills necessary to be future ASG and campus leaders. Through curated programming and intentional networking, FLF members build a community of leaders who will serve all across campus, the Northwest Arkansas area and beyond. Past Members of FLF have gone on to achieve:

-      Student Body Presidency

-      Sorority/Fraternity Presidency

-      White House Internships

-      State Department Internships

-      Governor's Office Internships

-      Truman Scholars

-      As well as various other positions and national awards.

Interviews for the Freshman Leadership Forum will be conducted in September. Meetings will be bi-weekly on Wednesdays from 5:30-7:00pm. Any questions should be referred to Michael Fuhrman, Freshman Leadership Forum Coordinator, For more information on the Freshman Leadership Forum visit
