Did you know Fayetteville became the first community in Arkansas to be awarded the Silver Status Bicycle Friendly Community? Biking is a major part of the Fayetteville community. There are more than 100 miles of trails in the area. You may be using your bike more and more.

Join UREC Outdoors as we go over the basics of bike maintenance including changing a tire, tube, cleaning and lubricating your bike, and learning how to do a basic brake adjustment. We encourage you to bring your own bike. UREC bike mechanics will walk you through the steps needed to keep your bike in good working order so you can get back on the trail. This event is October 6th from 6:00pm-8:00pm.

Spots are limited so register via the UREC Member portal.  Cost is $10 for students and $15 for UREC members. If you have questions about the event reach out to the UREC Outdoors team at camp@uark.edu or by calling 479-575-6865.
