Tycer is a senior IT security leader with more than 20 years of experience working with compliance standards, technology, and network security management. Tycer oversees the enterprise information security program management functions and provides leadership and strategy in the areas of IT. He is responsible for governance and regulatory compliance, threat and vulnerability management, security incident response, as well as establishing and enforcing IT security standards and controls.
