This November, the teams at Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) and University Housing encourage everyone to take a break and join them at the Fall Flannel Festival from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 5, at the Union Mall. The event offers free giveaways, relaxing activities and on-site campus resources, including stress-relief tips, self-care ideas and ways to reconnect with yourself. Register for the event at HogSync.uark.edu.
