Fall 2023 Commencement Schedule:

Fall Commencement will consist of two ceremonies. Graduate students will be grouped at the beginning of each ceremony and will attend the ceremony corresponding to their college.

Faculty Regalia Renting and Purchasing (For assistance contact CNesbitt@bncollege.com)

Note that the faculty website will close on November 26th. To ensure timely delivery, the bookstore will not be able to fill any orders after that date for faculty member to rent regalia.

Renting Regalia

1. Go to cbgrad.com

2. Under “Start your order” choose “Arkansas” for State, “University of Arkansas – Faculty Regalia” for School, and “December” for Month of ceremony.

3. Click “Get Started”.

4. Add items needed (e.g., “Faculty Rental – Doctor Cap, Gown, and Tassel”) to the cart then click “Next”.

5. Enter your name, gown height and weight requirements, and any special instructions that you would like the vendor to know about your order, as well as information about your degree, college, and expected color scheme of the gown you are requesting. Click “Next” once all the information is completed.

6. On the next screen you will choose your shipping preferences, payment information, and contact information should additional information be needed. Once completed click “Next”.

7. You will be sent additional shipping information to the email that you submitted with your order. Please note, you will be sent a shipping return label inside of your box which will allow you to return your regalia directly to the vendor. Regalia will need to be returned by December 18th, to avoid a late fee.

Purchasing Regalia:

1. To place an order for purchasing regalia, individuals or departments should fill out the attached form and send it to Constantina R. Scholl-Nesbitt at CNesbitt@bncollege.com.

2. Payments will be made once the item(s) is received. Use of a P-Card is recommended.

a. When ordering gowns, note that the Andover is the most popular style as it is cooler and not as heavy. The Deluxe has a double layer making it somewhat heavier. The Deluxe also has bunched sleeves.

b. Six weeks of lead time is recommended when purchasing regalia.
