Michael is the Global Business Development Manager for Hess Mechatronics.  He has been instrumental in developing new business accounts in the EV, Power, Automotive, RF, etc. markets from initial design concept to mainstream production utilizing: wire bonding, ribbon bonding, ultrasonic interconnection, materials, metals, manufacturing & process development. He’s responsible for setting up Hesse Mechatronics labs at NC State in Raleigh , Irvine, CA, San Jose, CA, and Stony Brook, NY. He’s an active member on the PowerAmerica Advisory Board, Advisory Board for the Society of Automotive Engineers, IMAPS Foundation, and an active member of the Advisory Board for the Pace University Lubin School of Business - Transformative Leadership Program.
