Krishna will share his insights on copper sintering in high-power electronics. He combines over seven years of copper sintering research with industry experience at Continental AG and today leads product development at CuNex. His work addresses critical challenges in packaging reliability, efficiency, and cost, supporting the adoption of wide-bandgap semiconductors and the electrification of energy and transportation systems.
