You and your iFriend match are invited to our 24th Annual iFriend Picnic! The Picnic will take place on October 28th at Veterans Park (next to Lake Fayetteville) from 12:30 to 3 PM. Please contact your iFriend match and plan to come together! However, you are still welcome whether or not your match can make it! You do not have to have been matched with your iFriend this semester to attend. If you were matched in previous years and are still connected, you are welcome! Please RSVP to let us know that you are coming!
 
This is a potluck picnic so we would like to ask our Friendship Family Hosts to please bring something to share. Please let us know what you plan to bring. Please plan to bring enough food for your family, your match, and a little extra. We will be providing fried chicken as well as water, soda, and warm drinks! If the weather allows, we will spread out to eat outside of the pavilion so if you have a picnic blanket or lawn chairs for your family, consider bringing them if you are able!
 
To celebrate Halloween and the spooky season, we encourage people to wear a costume if they have one. Children especially are invited to wear their Halloween costume for a Halloween fashion show at the iFriend picnic! Participants will be given goodie bags, certificates, and have their picture taken. Parents, please have your child arrive in costume as the fashion show will be early on in the day. Also please bring a change of clothes if your child would be more comfortable in them for outdoor activities and games.
