Come kick-off the observance of Hispanic Heritage Month with an Independence Day celebration Wednesday, September 15, 2021 from 6 to 8 p.m. on the Union Mall. Join University Programs, the Multicultural Center, and New Student and Family Programs in celebrating and learning about the many Latin American Countries that share this anniversary of Independence. This event will feature tasty treats like pupusas, fruit, candy kits, and a live mariachi band!

This event is sponsored by University Programs through the Office of Student Activities, the Multicultural Center, and New Student and Family Programs and is supported by the Student Activities Fee.
