The Department of Wellness and Health Promotion is offering a free weekly group class for faculty, staff, and students that focuses on bringing your awareness to the present moment and exploring what is going on in your mind and body. The class will be a combination of guided meditation and gentle mindful movement. The class will be offered in a hybrid format, where you can choose to be in-person or remote via Zoom, on Thursdays from 11:30am-12:00pm CST. For the in-person option please come to PWHC room 2132. It is recommended that you wear a mask in the building as it is partially a medical facility, but it is not required during the class.
