The Office for Sustainability is partnering with Northwest Arkansas nonprofit Pedal It Forwardto refurbish and rehome gently used bikes. University of Arkansas affiliates are invited to donate their bikes to the Office for Sustainability winter Bike Drive, happening this week.

Bikes offer significant opportunities to bridge transportation gaps. Through a partnership with Pedal It Forward, approximately 200 bikes have been refurbished and distributed to University of Arkansas students in need. Transportation is essential, and active transportation users frequently observe numerous physical, mental, and financial benefits.

Interested in donating? Bring your gently used bike to the Office for Sustainability, located at 238 Harmon Ave, this Thursday or Friday from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Your donation will directly benefit a fellow Razorback.
