You could be involved in filing a suit against another driver, a contractor who ‘messed up’ or other claim for loss or injury, or you could be ‘hauled into court’ by an angry neighbor or someone else. Attorney Michael Wulf will guide us through the basics, from the filing of a lawsuit to the final resolution.  He’ll explain such things as the complaint, pretrial motions, the answer, depositions, discovery, burden of proof and settlement. You might not be ready to take the Bar Exam after taking the class, but you’ll know a lot more about what goes on in a courtroom!
