The Fayetteville Parks and Recreation Department has over 4,000 acres of parks and 100 miles of trails for you to enjoy. Lee Farmer, Director for Fayetteville Parks & Recreation, will provide information about the 55 parks and many recreational programs offered by the City. Participants will learn about the special features in the parks system as well as many miles of trails that are hidden jewels in our City. Upcoming programs and park development projects will be discussed so that everyone will have the latest information. Opportunities to become involved as a volunteer will also be provided. Come be informed about the wonderful parks system the City of Fayetteville has to offer.
