Description: It’s been said that age is nothing but a number, but how do you still feel young and vibrant as you age? No matter what your age, there is so much you can do to improve your health, prevent illness, and keep your body strong. During this course, Angela Beaulieu, a health and wellness coach with over 10 years in the fitness industry will teach OLLI participants how to stay fit and active as you age. She will discuss the importance of sleep, along with what foods to focus on eating to keep your body strong and your mind sharp. Angela will share exercises that promote flexibility and balance (this part will be a interactive, but will do most in a chair or standing in front of it.) Wear loose, comfortable clothing to the session.
