DESCRIPTION:The annual benefits open enrollment period for U of A employees
  to select plans for 2024 will begin on Oct. 23 and will close at 5 p.m. o
 n Nov. 6. Completion of the enrollment process is required\, even if only 
 enrolling in mandatory benefits that are 100% covered by the university su
 ch as Basic Life Insurance\, Basic Long-term Disability Insurance\, employ
 er contributions to retirement and required employee contributions to reti
 rement. \n\n \n\nAll benefits selections are managed through the “benefi
 ts and pay” tab in Workday.\n\n \n\nHuman Resources will host two virtua
 l information sessions for any employee who wishes to learn more about ope
 n enrollment:\n\n \n\nOct. 24 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. \n\nNov. 1 from 1 to 2
 :30 p.m.\n\n \n\nFor assistance completing the open enrollment selection p
