Take a much-needed break from studying and join Pat Walker Health Center’s Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) for its much-anticipated end-of-the-semester event—Play Day!

Play Day will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., on Wednesday, May 4th in the Arkansas Union Connections Lounge.

Play Day consists of a fun-filled afternoon with the goal of helping students take the edge off of looming finals, and learn about stress-relieving tips to help them better succeed academically. CAPS will also have on-site clinicians available to talk with students. 

Activities include: massage sessions, coloring, Legos, popping bubble wrap, and of course play dates with dogs from Fayetteville Animal Services (on-campus from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.) Free food will also be available.
