Join Zero Hour Arkansas on Monday, November, at 2:30 p.m. in the Multicultural Center for an Art as Advocacy workshop. Through conversation, poetry, and collage crafting, participants will create pieces that reflect different experiences, concerns, or hopes. The event will feature local artists and poets such as Reeya Gandhi.  Attendees will have the option to have their art published in Zero Hour Arkansas' ROOTS magazine.

 

“Poems of Protest and Empowerment” is a community-driven environmental justice event. This intimate event combines art with activism, to hold space and create accessible, joyful, and educational experiences for people with intersectional identities to find community and learn about creative justice.
