The Office of Accommodation and Accessibility Services is so excited to have Lisa Mathess, Principal Consultant and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Specialist for the Job Accommodation Network (JAN), speak to the University of Arkansas on Service and Emotional Support Animals in the Workplace. Issues surrounding service and emotional support animals in the workplace continue to be confusing to both employers and employees with disabilities. This webcast will provide an overview of the most frequent questions JAN gets regarding service and emotional support animals and ADA information and practical guidance for addressing them.
