The i'Mpossible Project: How to Live Mentally Well and Crush it in College—An Evening of Standup Comedy and a Keynote on Mental Wellbeing will be held on Tuesday, April 2nd from 12:30-1:30 pm in the Arkansas Union; room 504. This event is presented by National Alliance on Mental Illness on Campus, CAPS, and Joshua Rivedal, a mental health/suicide prevention specialist, author, and standup comedian.

 

Based in part on Josh Rivedal’s personal experience dealing with mental health issues in college—and The i’Mpossible Project book, “How to Live Mentally Well and Crush it While in College”. The 60-minute event is structured into three consecutive parts: standup comedy, an educational session, and a Q&A session. 

 

This event is free and open to all individuals at the University of Arkansas.
