Welcome to the U of A community! Immigration Basics and International Students Orientation will be held on Friday, May 27th from 8:30am to 2:00pm and will begin in Holcombe Hall for incoming international students.
Be sure to sign up for Immigration Basics in your Application Portal.
Immigration Basics is a mandatory requirement for all incoming international undergraduate and graduate students. The session includes: Immigration Basics with an ISS immigration advisor, document review to clear hold, official Transcript submission, immunization and TB review, ID card, and On-campus employment overview for Graduate Assistantships.
Be sure to bring ALL of your immigration documents, including passport with visa stamp, I-94 card and I-20 or DS-2019 to your session.
Students will then meet in Holcombe Hall Living Room, followed by lunch with the ISS staff and Cross Cultural Mentors in the Fulbright Dining Hall. Afterward, students will be escorted to other offices on campus to complete necessary tasks.
