The Supervisor Development Program is designed to equip new supervisors from across the University of Arkansas with the skills, mindset, and strategies needed to lead effectively. 

This cohort-based program consists of 5 interconnected in-person sessions over 10 weeks, each building on key leadership principles. Cohorts are capped at 20 participants, and are meant to represent a cross-section of departments, units and roles. Registration is not a guarenteed placement in the program. The Talent Development team will separately notify those who register on their placement status.
