Join the University of Arkansas School of Art Technology Empowered Storytelling Lab as members introduce the mission and activities of the lab, which brings together designers, researchers, and storytellers across campus exploring how emerging technologies shape the stories we tell (IG: https://www.instagram.com/tesl.lab/

The event will feature Dr. David Fredrick, Professor of Classical Studies and Director of the World Languages and Digital Humanities Studio, as the keynote speaker. He will discuss his project, Cracking the Code of Pompeii with Artificial Intelligence, along with other ongoing research in immersive storytelling.

The program will include a brief introduction to TESL’s goals and upcoming activities, followed by Dr. Fredrick’s presentation and informal discussion. Researchers across campus are invited to attend to explore possibilities and learn more about the lab's mission. 


Light hors d’oeuvres will be provided.
