 cate\, Work\, and Plan for an Uncertain Future\n\nJoin internationally rec
 ognized choreographer Liz Lerman as she shares tools for living in extraor
 dinary times of change. Drawing on themes from her forthcoming book\, Shap
 e and Momentum: An Insomniac’s Guide for a World in Constant Motion (to 
 be published in June 2026)\, Liz will explore ideas ranging from Heisenber
 g’s uncertainty principle to the Big Bang as frameworks for thinking abo
 ut creativity\, change\, and the role of artists today.\n\nLiz founded and
  led the intergenerational Dance Exchange company for more than three deca
 des\, with an equal commitment to concert and community work. She is the i
 nventor of the Critical Response Process® feedback system and has spent t
 he past decade in higher education as an Institute Professor at Arizona St
 ate University.\n\nThrough storytelling and dialogue\, Liz will guide part
 icipants through four central questions from her book:\n1. What knowledge 
 do we gain from our lived experiences?\n2. Can Heisenberg’s uncertainty 
 principle serve as a theory of change and a definition of creativity?\n3. 
 What happens when we pair rejection with reflection?\n4. How do we distill
  our practices into experiential learning tools others can use?\n\nThis le
 cture is free and open to the public. Parking is available in Stadium\, Ga
