YogaWell is a weekly session open to all levels of yogis and yoginis. We will be teaching about mindful breathing techniques, yoga poses, and how to reduce stress. Sessions will be led by Dr. Ed Mink who will teach you how to practice yoga both on and off the mat. 

 

We encourage all levels of yogis and yoginis to come practice, whether you've never stepped foot on a yoga mat or you've been practicing for years. We are providing this space to get away from the stress of your job, school work or life for an hour every Friday, and we look forward to practicing yoga with you. 

 

You should bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and mask. Social distancing will be maintained while practicing.
